How to cancel?
1. You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled counseling session.There will be no additional charges.
Go to the homepage > Manage my appointments > Unanswered > Find the appointment > Click on "Cancel " > Done.
2.If you need to cancel the appointment within 24 hours, please contact the psychologist's organization by phone, email, or official Line.
If the match with the psychologist is unsuccessful, a full refund will be provided.
No, your session with the therapist will not show up in your health insurance medical records.Self-pay psychological counseling and therapy are not covered by health insurance regulations. Therapists are required by law to protect their clients' confidentiality and not share their information with other people.Please feel assured when using online counseling services.
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled counseling session, and book a different psychologist through the platform.
If you or the psychologist are unable to join the online counseling session due to internet issues, and the issue cannot be resolved within the time. Both of you have the right to stop the counseling session. In such cases, the system will issue a full refund.
